Drivers with an approved SRP Driver's Licence will be handed a virtual licence. This licence begins with 0 licence points.

Handing out warnings/penalties is a time consuming process. For this reason SRP will be using an automated system to some extent. This is for all licensed drivers. For certain offences you will receive a warning with an x amount of points added to your license. Now don’t get scared! Time penalties or point penalties in leagues are used first.

So when do you get such a warning with a point added to the licence? In some circumstances the race directors or moderators can hand out a penalty to a driver to make him aware of his mistake. A warning or penalty is not for revenge or whatever. It's there to be learned from. If you make a mistake you will get a warning and advice. If you make the same mistake again, you will get a warning with x amount of points added.

To make it “fair” we will use standard penalties. When you have reached the maximum amount of 10 points on the licence, it will be revoked automatically and the driver will be suspended for a certain amount of time. This will be 3 months initially. Keep in mind that you only have 10 points. Reaching 10 points is already a very bad achievement. A point can be removed after 6 months of no further incidents.
